I have never been satisfied with my hand-printing lettering abilities so signs have always been a problem for me. It wasn’t until recently that I discovered Aluminum Dibond Signs that are both affordable and professional, and can be printed in any color or design that you can come up with. My go-to online printer is Printmoz.com, which I chose mainly because they are much more flexible as to size than most other online sources, with their signs going as small as 4” x 4”. Their shipping costs are not ideal but they are quick and their only other quirk is that you order and pay for your sign first and then upload your design. They also do not offer free online design tools so you will need to create your sign using your own software. Unfortunately, we have no idea how long they will last but have high hopes that they will meet our expectations.
